my name is Efren J Martin; I was born & raised in Modesto.
I'm a Beyer High Graduate and also have an Associate degree in
Arts & Behavioral and Social Sciences. I enjoy living a healthy
and active lifestyle as a DJ & a personal trainer. Ever since
I was a young boy of 13 I knew that music and dance was my thing.
In High School I was the DJ for all the school dances from Beyer
High, Davis High, and even Modesto High. Later I found myself
volunteering my time as a radio DJ for K.U.O.P. in Stockton CA
for the city nights program. Then moved on down South to EMI records
for a short time, then joined Bill Graham Presents working in
the bay area as a Sound Engineer in 1987. It was that year when
I started The Quake Mobile DJ. The name came from a radio station
in San Francisco CA back in the early 1980's. I was big on Graheam
Dean rock over London. It only came on for 4 hours on Saturday
night and I never missed the program.
